A clinic is a clinic, GOD, PROTECT ME FROM THIS SO I DON'T HAVE TO USE IT SO OFTEN! Protect other women too. I really want to avoid these women, but I can't. They're HORRIBLE. They don't provide accurate information to the doctor, especially when the patient has an appointment to report it if they feel worse, for example. It's hard to get through, and one of them (privately, the wife of one of the doctors, an older woman with short hair) shouldn't be talking to people, let alone drawing blood. Calling and talking to her is hell. They only do it when it suits her, but she wants to know more than she needs to know. Overall: Ladies, they're not nice, and only they know best. It's a shame they don't have it on paper and a stamp... it's a disaster. Nobody goes to the clinic to be bothered; they just want to know when something's bothering them and they need a doctor. And she doesn't call out of boredom; she has a health problem. You've been through more than one clinic in your life, always polite and understanding, and getting everything sorted out without any unnecessary fuss, but here it's impossible! The thought of going there or calling makes me cringe, and I delay my appointment and end up hurting myself. If I were younger and had less of this "illness legend," I'd change clinics, but there's so much of it that... So, dear patients, do with this information as you wish.

I recommend Dr. Pierz. He's a calm, kind, and reliable man. He'll explain, advise, and speak with respect. 👏 Unfortunately, the receptionists should be fired! I agree with many of the comments about them. I often feel like they've lost their minds, but they have to sit and answer calls (which is rare). Well, ladies, you don't have to. Change jobs if this one is burdensome and awful for you. If not, just do your job properly and don't jump the gun. More humility. 🤨

I definitely recommend it. Both the several phone calls and the in-person conversations were very pleasant. Contrary to previous reviews, the receptionists were very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it.
