Disappointment with the doctor. He treats NFZ patients very objectively. He has no time for them because he rushes to private appointments while NFZ patients are admitted to the health center. The desire to earn extra money outweighs the patient's concern. It's not worth going to him because he downplays the alarming symptoms anyway, stating bluntly that he doesn't care, just to end the visit as quickly as possible.
