The doctor's office in my neighborhood, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. Virtually no one answers the phone, which is very frustrating, and the lines are incredibly long—sometimes you have to wait a long time to see a doctor. The service isn't bad, but the organization is definitely lacking, making the visit quite stressful and nerve-wracking.

Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was very poor. Getting through by phone was next to impossible, which was very frustrating for me. The reception staff seemed tired and unengaged, which made me feel like a patient wasn't being treated with any real attention. Contacting the doctors didn't allay my concerns either. I had flu-like symptoms, but for a long time I was told it wasn't the flu and that everything "must work itself out over time." Eventually, I figured out what was wrong with me and only then was I able to get the appropriate medication.

If it weren't for Dr. Wiza, I might not be here today. And certainly not my children. Thanks to her individual approach, I gave birth to a healthy boy and girl. I highly recommend Poradnia Gaja, and I especially recommend Dr. Dorota Pisarczyk-Wize.

Dr. Sajda is very specific, reliable, and helpful. I'm lucky to have her as my second pregnancy care provider. 🙂 Appointments aren't long, but she always answers any questions I have and always offers advice. During my first pregnancy, I saw a different doctor privately, but during my second, I immediately booked a new appointment with Dr. Sajda. The receptionists never left me unanswered on Messenger; it's not necessary to call for extended periods; I encourage this form of communication. 🙂 Kasia Kowzan

Today, an incident occurred that was not tolerated even in the communist era. After 50 minutes of waiting, the receptionist finally answered the phone—I should point out that I managed to get from work to the clinic, which had NO patients waiting—and when asked why she hadn't answered the phone for almost an hour, she said, "I can always change clinics." This is outrageous behavior. I won't change clinics because my doctor is very good, but the receptionist should immediately change jobs. Such phone-taking situations are common, but today was a scandal.
