There's a complete lack of respect for the client's time. When making a private appointment for a specific time, you have to expect a delay of at least an hour. After 40 minutes, I got bored and will simply choose another clinic.

Once again, despite a previously scheduled appointment, the wait time exceeds 40 minutes. This demonstrates a lack of respect and patient comfort, especially for appointments with urologists, where a full bladder is required. A text message notification of the delay would have been sufficient to alleviate some of the discomfort and allow for planning for a potential wait.

Friendly and professional service, both from the receptionists and the doctors. A big plus for me is that they see different specialists and perform a range of tests in one place. The approach to patients is very friendly, explaining everything and providing any necessary guidance. Another plus is the hassle-free parking. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Dr. Katarzyna Klimczak! I don't recommend her! Lack of professionalism! She seems to be working there as a punishment. During treatment, my card stated to contact me by email, but when I emailed her, there was no response. Only after a few calls to the receptionist did she reply, outraged, saying that if the treatment wasn't effective, I should go somewhere else 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
