The place (rooms and comfort) is from the Władysław Gomułka era. Cramped, dark, and unpleasant. I didn't think such monuments still existed in the 21st century! I wonder if the National Health Fund (NFZ), when paying for patients from its fund, checks the conditions in which patients wait and are admitted. Furthermore, personal data is not respected there. Instead of complying with GDPR, the young man doesn't care. Instead, he loudly announces his political preferences without asking whether anyone is interested. The clinic's cramped waiting room is not the Sejm or a party conference room. It's a total failure, nothing more. I don't recommend it.

The receptionist refused to make an appointment with an endocrinologist (because she didn't). When I told her it was my first visit, a checkup, and she wanted to make sure everything was okay, she said no and yelled at me over the phone. I don't recommend it. I'll also report this to the National Health Fund.

Patient service is reminiscent of communist times. I felt like a scolded child at school. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. The approach to patients is a joke.

Ultrasound Maria Szostakiewicz The shortest appointment I've ever had. I can't comment on the breast ultrasound itself, as I'm not a doctor. BUT I brought my previous ultrasound, and the radiologist didn't even look at it. I mentioned a lump on my mother's breast. I also brought a blood test because I have elevated prolactin levels. I reported severe breast tenderness halfway through my cycle, not right before my period. The radiologist said that was definitely why my breasts were sore, and that was the end of the conversation. There was no explanation, or even a note to discuss it with a gynecologist, or anything said. Only the information that the radiologist found nothing concerning. I probably won't be going back there. I also wanted to mention that the receptionist was very nice.
