Initially, I was apprehensive about the appointment due to the numerous negative reviews, but after my visit, I had a completely different experience. Starting from the beginning, between 3 and 4 a.m., I woke up with a sharp earache. I began searching for a place or office where I could have a consultation that same day. Many places informed me that I would have to wait several days or even a week. And that was the first huge plus, as I was given the opportunity to have a consultation that same day without having to wait. Another advantage is the low price. In many offices and clinics in Grodzisk, the consultation alone costs 200 PLN, and additional fees are often required for additional procedures. With Janina, the consultation, including ear cleaning, cost me 150 PLN, which is a very good price. Furthermore, Janina was very kind to me, contrary to the reviews. The office was really clean and well-maintained, and there is a restroom in the waiting room. I rate the visit a great positive and a very positive surprise, and I thank Janina very much for her help!

The worst doctor I've ever encountered. After my visit to Bielański Hospital, I left indignant and refused to see her. She should definitely retire and make way for younger people who still want to work and treat people. Rude, uncivilized, and rude. I feel sorry for anyone who has to stay at this appointment for health reasons.

Tragedy, she doesn't answer her phone, she doesn't return calls. She's rude during visits. She has little medical knowledge. If you have problems with your ears, she doesn't look up your nose anymore.
