  I visited a cardiologist, a dermatologist, and a gynecologist at the clinic. The service from the dermatologist and the cardiologist was excellent — everything was clearly explained and well organized. 5/5😺 However, I had an issue with the gynecologist, because all my appointments were scheduled for the same day, and I wasn’t informed that one of them had been moved 30 minutes later. The doctor was also 15 minutes late, so in the end, I had to wait for an hour. 2/5😾

  Horrible gynecology visit with M. P. from the beginning: no hello, no listening, constant interrupting, really rough examination, no diagnosis, and the comment "if you cannot sit in pain, stand!". After the visit and although I paid, the doctor tried to intimidate me by SMS to my phone, and only stopped once my Polish husband took over the conversation. We got our money back, but after one month I'm still on antibiotics after three visits with another doctor in Poznan, who took a sample properly and understood the severity of the infection. - Mrs. M.P. could not even find anything unusual. A bit strange, as she profiled herself by SMS to my husband, that she has a longstanding experience in medicine. We reported the situation to Flosmed, including the copies of the SMS of the doctor, but we never got any reaction nor excuse.

  Thank you Flosmed for going out of your way and booking a last minute consultation slot, despite being no space left for it. I am very grateful, and I highly recommend Dr. Mikołajska-Ptaś. She made me very calm and gave me a quick diagnosis with the ultrasound. Amazing team! I highly recommend :)
