  Over two months ago, I underwent surgery to remove prostate cancer, which wasn't easy for me. However, after the surgery, things weren't easy. I developed urinary incontinence, which caused me great discomfort. My desire to return to normal forced me to seek help. Doctors told me I would need rehabilitation, which motivated me to start looking for help. With the help of my wife, I found Joanna Kozar in Zamość. I scheduled my first appointment, and after an initial conversation, I knew I was in good hands. The prospect of returning to my pre-surgery state encouraged me to take action. I approached my next appointment thinking it would be easy, but it turned out that breaking old habits was very difficult. My next appointment was in three days, during which time my task was to practice blocking the muscles that control my urinary continence. I had five such visits, and I achieved a level of fitness and comfort that, to put it colloquially, I felt completely sealed. Joanna is a professional in this field. She is very sensitive and empathetic to her patients, able to understand each patient's needs individually. I'm very happy I found Joanna. I advise anyone in a similar situation to mine to start physical therapy as soon as possible after surgery.   I came to Joanna with painful periods. I'd been struggling with them for 10 years and had tried many gynecologists in Zamość and other cities. Nothing helped, of course, except hormone injections. :) Joanna helped me reduce the pain dramatically in just one month. I'm following her advice and recommendations and I'm very happy with her.   I highly recommend Joanna! She's the only specialist in Zamość and the surrounding area who can help and treat ailments and complications related to difficult childbirth. Besides her professional knowledge and skills, each visit is conducted in a very friendly atmosphere. I also recommend her to pregnant women; these visits and proper preparation can prepare the body for childbirth and avoid many unpleasant situations in the future. Joanna was a great help to me, for which I am very grateful. An additional plus is the easy access and parking.
