Unfortunately, the vaccination appointment was rescheduled twice without any notification of the date and time. Several attempts to reach the clinic were unsuccessful. Oddly enough, the line was constantly busy. The vaccination hotline reported that there was no reason given for the postponement.

I agree with the previous speaker. Scheduling patients by appointment, where they still wait two hours for their turn. Total disrespect. In the meantime, it's a cigarette, a cigarette. It's driving you crazy. And there are such long lines every time.

I believe the doctor demonstrates a complete lack of respect for his patients. Delays in starting work are 1-2 hours. These aren't random occurrences, but rather frequent. Perhaps patients could be registered differently...
