I had a prenatal checkup with my first pregnancy because "others recommended it." The doctor informed me that I was pregnant with twins, saying, "But you paid for the checkup for one child," and she was surprised and irritated that I was shocked. After the checkup, she uttered the very unprofessional remark that "due to my excess weight, there's no full visibility, so if something goes wrong, I shouldn't blame her." Increasingly shocked, I asked if she was implying that "if something happens," it would be my fault? And the doctor blithely confirmed. The care was at par with the National Health Fund (NFZ), and I paid 500 PLN for the checkup. I felt humiliated. The woman lacked empathy, no sense of the situation, and, in my opinion, her behavior was outrageous. I regret not reporting this, but as you can see, it's easy to abuse pregnant women. Now I see she's no longer on the list of doctors working there, but having learned from experience, I'll steer clear.

I had my prenatal checkup on Saturday and I'm very happy. The receptionist was very kind, both in person and over the phone. She explained everything. The doctor who performed the checkup calmly explained everything, showed us around, and answered all our questions. The visit was pleasant and the atmosphere was relaxed. I highly recommend it.

I am very impressed with the treatment of the patient. I attended the procedure, and the doctor, anesthesiologist, and nurses showed respect for the patient at every stage of the visit.

During my first pregnancy, I was really pleased with the prenatal exam. The doctor was polite, the receptionist was very nice, they even offered me some chocolate to help the baby show up better. Today, being pregnant with my second, I expected an equally pleasant experience, shared with my son and husband, but here I was... a visit that lasted about five minutes... Dr. Pańszczyk was terribly rude and sarcastic... he made comments that made me feel like an idiot stripped of my dignity... the receptionist wasn't as positive as before... I suspect the changes may be due to new regulations that allow prenatal exams under the National Health Fund.

Although I've lived in Lubin for many years, this was my first time at Femina, and I'm wondering why it took so long. As they say, "better late than never." Even though I was really looking forward to the procedure, the wonderful, attentive care of the entire staff made it much easier. The doctor explained everything about my condition in detail. He was very gentle and patient. The anesthesiologist was sensitive, caring, and incredibly kind. She made sure everything was painless and comfortable during the procedure. The nurses... Angels, from the very beginning to the very end of my stay, surrounded me with care and professional attention. During the procedure, they were always by my side. I felt not only professional but also personal care. They held my hand tenderly throughout the procedure—it was the first time in my life I'd experienced such kindness. After the procedure, they checked on me every few minutes to see if I needed anything. Now that I was no longer on an empty stomach, the nurses made me a delicious cup of coffee. The center is spotlessly clean and very pleasant. I'm truly touched. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
