I wholeheartedly recommend the Family Med Family Clinic and its entire staff. The receptionists are always helpful, kind, and supportive – they respond quickly, attentively, and with a genuine desire to help, which provides a tremendous sense of security. I extend my special thanks to Dr. Paulina and Dr. Aldona – they are exceptionally attentive, empathetic, and committed to both me and my children. Every visit is conducted in an atmosphere of peace, understanding, and professionalism. The woman who drew blood also deserves great recognition – she is exceptionally sensitive, gentle, and professional, which is especially important for children. I wholeheartedly recommend this place – genuine care, empathy, and professionalism at every stage 💙

I recommend this clinic wholeheartedly. We've been under the care of the doctors at this clinic since the beginning. They provide professional care, with same-day appointments for emergency cases. Dr. Kmiotek and Dr. Dybicz are clearly passionate about their work with children. They have a masterful approach to children. There's probably no better clinic in the area.

I am very disappointed with the clinic's approach. I brought my child, under a year old, with a high fever, difficulty breathing due to a blocked nose, and hadn't eaten for several hours. Despite clear symptoms requiring urgent medical consultation, we were refused admission today, but only tomorrow. With such young children, every hour can make a huge difference, and the lack of response from Ms. Agnieszka's staff is not only unprofessional but above all, dangerous to the child's health and life. Healthcare should be guided by the well-being of the patient, especially the youngest – unfortunately, in this case, empathy, understanding, and basic responsibility were lacking. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Parents – beware of this clinic, because you will be left alone in difficult times. I do not recommend this clinic to parents of young children!

I'm very pleased with the services at Familymed. Professional service, friendly doctors, and short wait times are definitely their greatest strengths. Each of my visits takes place in a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff always provides personalized attention. I especially appreciate the dedication of the doctors, who not only provide treatment but also thoroughly explain my health concerns. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-organized. I recommend it to anyone looking for reliable medical care!
