  I'm generally satisfied with the treatment at this clinic, but today I had an unpleasant experience – despite being entitled to a 50% refund for the flu vaccine, the doctor prescribed it without reimbursement. I only realized this after looking at my pharmacy receipt, so there's nothing I can do about it. It may not be a large amount, but I'm in a difficult financial situation, so it makes a difference. And above all, since the medication is reimbursed for everyone, I shouldn't have to ask my doctor for reimbursement.

  I have very mixed feelings. I moved to this clinic over a year ago because of the good reviews and proximity to my home. Unfortunately, when someone is sick, doctor's appointments are always three, four, five, or seven days away. This isn't just during flu season. It's always like this. It's absurd to me. I pay significant healthcare premiums as a business owner, yet I can't get to a doctor when I need help and always have to pay for a private visit to another facility to receive care. It's practically impossible to get an appointment with an internist.

  I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to be cured or who doesn't use the National Health Fund and only goes to private doctors. It's almost impossible to get an appointment with a family doctor. Teleconsultations aren't helpful either, as the doctor is surprised you weren't able to see him in person. It's difficult to see him if you can't find a convenient appointment. Requests for referrals to specialists are also ignored. Medical care is 1 out of 10.

  I highly recommend it! The receptionist was very nice, the staff was helpful and professional, and the visit went smoothly and without any stress!
