January 5, 2026 - the center should be open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., according to their Google listing, which I'm currently looking at. Meanwhile, people have been calling and calling since morning, and at 8:30 a.m., they're still told the center is closed and to call during their opening hours. However, the latest updates on their website are from 2022!!! If you're not working on a particular day or have different hours, you should update the information in advance so that patients are aware and can see it in the main places they visit: their Google listing and website!!! EDIT: In response to the previous reply, the information posted at the clinic isn't a remote way to check whether there's even a reason to come to the facility. Posting information on social media isn't a reliable way for everyone to check, and it shouldn't be used as a reliable channel. Many people don't use Facebook, but anyone can easily visit the clinic's website or its Google listing, and such information should be available there. Many companies post this information there, because that's what it's there for ("news" section, "opening days and hours" section).

The visit was extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable. The doctor (occupational medicine) behaved in an arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional manner. I feel like patients are just a nuisance to her, not someone who deserves even the slightest respect. Zero courtesy, zero kindness, zero willingness to help—it felt like someone had put her there as a punishment. This was my first and last visit—I absolutely do not recommend it. Reference to the owner's response: Dear Sirs, Thank you for your response, although it completely misses the point. Firstly, I didn't "force" the appointment in front of other patients. I was asked to come in by the staff, so I can't be held responsible for how you organize your waiting list. Trying to shift the responsibility onto the patient seems tactless, to say the least. Secondly, regardless of the referral (which may indeed have needed correction, which is not unusual), the doctor's communication style was simply unacceptable. You can explain something factually and respectfully, or you can do it rudely, raising your voice and showing impatience. Unfortunately, I experienced the latter. Thirdly, justifying inappropriate behavior with supposed "good will" doesn't sound convincing. Courtesy, respect, and professionalism aren't optional extras, but the foundation of working with patients—especially in occupational medicine, where most visits involve clarifying formalities. My opinion is based on the actual course of the visit, not a narrative created to defend the facility. I stand by every word.

Two weeks ago, I was at the clinic for a checkup. Everything went smoothly. Dr. Anna B., an occupational medicine physician, conducted the interview efficiently and in a pleasant atmosphere. She was completely professional. I recommend it.
