  The best clinic I've ever been to. It's easy to register, and most basic tests are performed immediately, without unnecessary waiting. For some tests, the receptionists even call to reschedule if the scheduled appointment isn't convenient. Special thanks to Dr. A. Czapla. Appointments were on time, and all necessary tests were ordered. The service was thorough and professional.

  I recommend asking about the price before going to a gynecological hospital. My first exam cost 300 PLN, including an ultrasound of the abdomen and intimate areas. I consider it a fair price, but it's very high compared to other places. I was scheduled for a second follow-up appointment, and the doctor only took two minutes to remove the IUD. It cost 400 PLN. I just took off my bracelet and didn't have an ultrasound. It only took 2 minutes for 400 PLN, and I didn't get a bill each time. I'm a foreigner. I think the doctor does this on purpose because I'm a foreigner. I want to keep quiet and not say anything, but the 300 PLN doesn't come with a receipt. And most importantly, removing the 400 PLN IUD takes only two minutes, and there's no bill. Another doctor removed my IUD for only 120 PLN. However, because the previous doctor was full, I had to go to a new one. I shouldn't have come here.

  I advise you to steer clear of "doctor" A. Czaple. He bases his diagnosis solely on a flu test. If it's negative, the patient is healthy. I came in with shortness of breath, a cough, and a fever. I had to suggest what he should prescribe. But the icing on the cake was his response that I came in with another ailment. He quotes, "1 patient, 1 visit, 1 ailment, please make another appointment." He wouldn't even listen. Advice to Alfa: choose their staff more carefully.

  I do not recommend this clinic!!! It's almost impossible to get through, but if you do manage to get through after 100 calls, the ladies at the front desk are so gracious in answering questions that it's so unpleasant that you regret calling them at all! It's a complete disaster!

  Getting through to the clinic by phone is next to impossible, and when you do, the very rude receptionist will tell you they're all out of appointments, even though it's 7:50 a.m. And it's not any better in person. Appointments at this clinic are selling like hotcakes. They have more patients than they can accommodate. I wholeheartedly don't recommend it, especially if you have a small child.
