This clinic is a joke. I've been trying for two weeks to get an appointment with my family doctor for a sick leave and a referral to a specialist for further treatment. My health has deteriorated six months after surgery. When I call, the phone is either ignored or they insult me. On September 4, 2025, I was scheduled for a teleconsultation with Dr. Czaińska, which I never received. It was supposed to be by 1:00 PM. At 2:30 PM, I called the front desk to ask if it was still available, and the answer was yes. Well, I guess not... Today, the next day, I called the clinic again to ask why my teleconsultation wasn't completed. They insulted me again, saying I probably didn't answer the phone, that the doctor was sick, that she didn't have time, etc. What if she doesn't have time? If you're booking me, then she should... I said if I don't receive the teleconsultation today, I'll file a complaint. The receptionist's words went something like this: "You can submit your application, preferably immediately. It's not my fault there are no doctors available. Besides, I've already checked the box that the teleconsultation was completed." I thought I'd be going crazy. If I had a phone, I certainly wouldn't have called. 🙄 I understand better if I hadn't been given a number, and even that's illegal, as the woman at the receptionist says. So I replied that I would definitely submit it, as long as the teleconsultation didn't happen today. No response, and after 30 seconds the receptionist hung up.... Patient rights violated, problems downplayed, total disregard....

Getting an appointment with a doctor there is next to impossible. Once I'm there, I feel like they don't respect patients, their health, or their time. I'm thinking about switching to another clinic in Poznań, because the policy in Murowana Goślina is terrible. I'd rather commute 30 minutes each way than waste my time and health on them.

I was once assigned to Czaińska. For a long time, I didn't seek medical attention, rarely taking sick leave. However, one day, when my mental health deteriorated significantly (I had undiagnosed severe depression—it was difficult for me to get up in the morning, perform daily activities, work, and take care of the most basic things), I decided to see a doctor. I came in with my main complaints: pain around my heart, which was really painful and bothering me, and a very poor mental state. I was referred for an EKG, and when I returned with the results, Ms. Czaińska looked at me and told me everything was fine and that I shouldn't waste her time, but to come back when I was truly sick. Every time I went there, I felt like I was visiting her private home, not a clinic with a doctor who should be doing his job. Shouldn't a doctor help when a patient asks for help? Are mental illnesses still not recognized as real illnesses in our country? Does a doctor have the right to behave and treat patients this way? What's more, the receptionists completely ignore their duties and often treat patients with contempt. I had to ask three times to correct my employer's tax identification number in the patient system. Each time, they blamed it on me, claiming I'd entered the number incorrectly. After all this, my patience ran out – I made an appointment with another doctor at a different clinic, where my mental health was taken seriously, I was referred to a psychiatrist, and given mild medication until I could see a specialist. I don't know how the other doctors at this clinic behave, but Czaińska is a disaster...

To register, you have to stand outside in an artificial queue from 6:30 a.m., just like in communist times. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m., and by 8:00 a.m., there might be no more numbers. The receptionists are doing their best; currently, they're only booking two patients per hour. Doctors who, without thorough examination and medical history, either prescribe antibiotics immediately or, when I truly feel they need them, don't prescribe them at all, prolonging the illness. Usually, I get a very long list of medications to buy at the pharmacy, many of which are repeated in terms of ingredients, but under different names. The previous pediatrician prescribed significantly fewer and more accurate medications, but unfortunately, he retired. I also don't know if any doctor at this clinic actually works until 6:00 p.m., in case something happens... Probably not a pediatrician.

The worst clinic in existence. The receptionists are very rude and know-it-alls. They should learn the culture and responsibilities of their workplace and improve their skills. This isn't communist Poland, ladies. As a pregnant woman, I have priority access to appointments. This is, in fact, regulated by law, and in 2017, a law was introduced requiring pregnant women to be allowed through medical facilities. A pregnant woman in a clinic should undoubtedly be served without waiting in line! I've never been admitted to a doctor by elderly receptionists who are unsuitable for their profession at this clinic, so I can't judge a doctor's visit. I won't let this matter go unpunished.
