I don't recommend Dr. Mitura, who was on pediatric duty at Familia last Saturday. We arrived with RSV and a high fever. A lung ultrasound was supposed to be performed during the appointment, but she couldn't get the machine to work and didn't do it, saying she couldn't hear anything on headphones and that her bronchial symptoms were also okay. Instead, she invented an ear infection, giving antibiotics to treat the ear. After that, the condition deteriorated rapidly. We're in the hospital right now, and the ears are clear with no signs of inflammation. Instead, it's bronchitis, and he also tested positive for influenza. So, this doctor's diagnosis was completely off the mark. My son didn't need any antibiotics. I don't recommend this doctor. If he's charging 230 złoty per patient, he should know how to use the device, not just throw out antibiotics without justification and then get the next one in line. So the money will be good. Consider visiting Familia when Dr. Mitura is there.

I've been a patient for over 10 years, and throughout that time, I've always been able to count on professional care, a friendly approach, and efficient scheduling of appointments. I don't understand how anyone can write negative comments about the staff... The receptionist is always polite, helpful, and patient. Regardless of the situation, she calmly explains everything, offers advice, and makes patients feel cared for from the moment they enter the clinic. 🩷I've used the services of doctors with various specialties at the clinic. I've cared for two pregnancies there. I definitely recommend this place 💚💚💚

The service is very nice. The doctor is genuinely interested in the patient, but the hour and a half delay at each appointment is unbearable for a private visit. There's a lack of respect for patients who arrive early and then enter the office at least an hour late.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Familia clinic. I especially recommend Dr. Izabela Kamont – the professional, competent, and incredibly empathetic gynecologist who oversaw my pregnancy. A huge plus for the receptionists and midwives – they are always so kind and helpful.

The receptionist and Ms. Jolanta were very kind and warm, although after the visit with the doctor I was completely disappointed. Unfortunately, I was unable to present my perspective on the allergic symptoms because the doctor kept interrupting, there was a lack of understanding, and I only managed to ask all my questions at the very end, otherwise I had to leave the office because I knew I had asked too many questions, that's what I concluded from the doctor's body language. I was disappointed.
