A disrespectful approach to patients. Ms. Francikowska has a terrible attitude towards patients. If you want to deepen your depression or develop more serious problems, this specialist can help. I wouldn't leave my dog in her care, much less trust her with my mental health. Furthermore, the receptionists spread misinformation and contradict themselves. Best regards and I don't recommend her. Two visits in six months. I'd rate both 1/5. There are certainly better clinics in the area, especially gynecology and obstetrics clinics, which don't do a favor every time you need more than a routine visit.

The "ladies" at the front desk are a disaster; they're not suited for this type of work, have zero empathy or respect for others, and are rude. It's clear they don't want to work either, because they're ready to go home an hour before closing time, and they won't take anyone else in. I've been to many doctors, and nowhere has the front desk been so rude.

While the specialists are indeed very helpful, the receptionists seem to be stuck there as punishment. The ambulance service came to my office twice and told me to immediately go to my doctor for medication. My appointment isn't until the end of October, but you can ask beforehand. Both the doctor and the therapist know I can't get there in the morning. I ask to leave information for the doctor, and I hear, "We're not here to handle private matters; you can come tomorrow." Of course, I also hear in the morning. Not to mention that once I asked for my records for two weeks because no one knew anything, and several times I wasn't scheduled for a teleconsultation, and I waited for a call.

Does anyone even answer the phone, or is the number just a fake? I've called at all sorts of times, on all sorts of days, and no one answers. Besides, the reviews show how the receptionists approach patients—sloppily, or not at all.
