I've been going to this clinic for several years and have never left dissatisfied with the service, nor have I ever had a problem getting through by phone—I emphasize never.   Unfortunately, I'm giving the lowest rating. Today I called the clinic to ask for information about the neurologist. I was curious about the doctor there and what the appointment would be. Unfortunately, a man answered and treated me like an intruder. He was angry that I was calling to ask about the doctor and that I had no right to know who the doctor was. I should add that this would be a private visit, and I think it's obvious I wanted to know who the doctor is. The man spoke to me in a rude manner. This is the first time I've encountered such treatment. I understand that they may receive many such calls a day. But this is a clinic that provides services not only under the National Health Fund (NFZ) but also privately, and everyone has the right to know who they should pay. They don't just blindly go to a doctor they don't know. At the end of the call, the man said he wouldn't help me with this and hung up. Rude and vulgar. Everyone has the right to do their research first, because unfortunately, doctors are different, and everyone wants to get their opinions. I'm considering reporting the situation elsewhere. I'm very disgusted by this situation. I don't recommend it.

  I don't know, it's impossible to please people, that's the mentality we Poles have. For me, there are very good doctors who care about the patient. I've been through many clinics and this one is the best. It may be hard to get through on the phone, but it's worth it.

  I'm 66 years old and have always been a patient at a public clinic. I was forced to change clinics two days ago. The difference is incredible. The patient care here is professional and friendly. The doctors are top-notch. Thank you.
