Hello everyone. I have a very good opinion of doctors, I give them a 5⭐️!! Unfortunately, the receptionists are very unpleasant, unfriendly, unpolite, and uninformed. I had a blood test on Thursday, October 17, 2019. The receptionist was rude and complained that I had to write a lot because I was doing a lot of tests. When the test was done, the nurse scratched me, inserted the needle incorrectly, bruised my arm, and created a lump under the skin. It was simply a disaster. My arm hurts. I used to go to the lab every day for tests, but now they only do it on Thursdays. I was told, "That's how it is for now." Previously, there were two nurses, and they were great. I recommend considering a change of staff.

Unfriendly service. They don't have money to spend on tests. They send customers out like errand boys to make change. A company from the 19th century. And this is how the competition made almost two hundred zlotys.
