  I don't recommend this place, certainly not as a National Health Fund (NFZ) clinic! It shouldn't even be called a clinic. When making an appointment, they promise hassle-free registration with a general practitioner and pediatrician, but in reality, the doctor sees patients for three hours in one day. When I called at 8:00 a.m. on Monday to register sick children, a 12-year-old with a fever of almost 40 degrees Celsius, the doctor suggested an appointment for a week and was surprised by my frustration. Seriously? When I asked what I should do with such a sick child, I was told I wasn't the only patient. It's simply shocking and disbelieving, this kind of treatment of patients. I understand it's sick season and it's difficult to get an appointment the same day, but offering an appointment a week later is unthinkable. So, I suggest avoiding this place altogether, unless you have the time and are so ill that you can be seen in a week or even later. And for clarity, I'm mentioning the organization of this place, because when it comes to doctors, they are good but unfortunately underrated specialists.

  It's a modern, nice clinic. Importantly, it's easy to reach by phone. The receptionist explained everything to me. The doctors are great, and I got the referrals for the tests I wanted.
