The location and the reception staff are a big plus. Visits with other doctors were five-star. My first visit with the dietitian was specific, I received a lot of information, and I left very satisfied. I purchased a two-week meal plan because I was hoping for a variety of meals. I received a meal plan with repeated meals. Six lunches carry over to the next day, and the same applies to the other meals. Three days in a row, dinner is granola with yogurt and fruit. After calculating the repetitions, I received a menu for a week, but I paid for two. I was very disappointed. I do not recommend her.

50 minutes of wasted time. Delays because Dr. Szczepanek decided to sit with the patient for 40 minutes, after which he would have rushed my daughter to the doorframe for only 250 PLN. Besides that, he didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. Out of concern for my daughter with atopic dermatitis, this was my first and last time at a dermatologist. One star for the kind lady at the front desk.

The visit went very smoothly despite the initial stress, and the reception was also very friendly. The atmosphere makes such visits a pure pleasure. I finally found a clinic I can wholeheartedly recommend. Unfortunately, until now, I've only encountered doctors who didn't treat me properly. Everything here is as it should be, and I highly recommend it.

Professional and friendly care. Dr. Estera has a great approach and explains everything clearly. The clinic is modern and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The visit was a complete failure. The doctor showed a lack of commitment to the patient. My periods were incredibly painful, so I was told "that's just my appearance" and that I should drink herbal teas. Most of the visit, the doctor lectured me about my weight and appearance, what I should do, and how much exercise I should do. (I'm not obese, I'm slightly overweight.)
