I'm a patient who, after decades of difficult experiences with another clinic, decided to change my health plan and enroll at this facility. And I thank myself for this decision (and the mere 5 minutes it took to complete the form) every time the professional, smiling receptionists answer the phone, provide me with information, or kindly try to "help" me with a convenient doctor's appointment. The doctors are also fantastic – empathetic, polite, and smiling. The women at the laboratory/vaccination center are gentle and understanding. I also greatly appreciate your app for self-appointment. I'd especially like to commend the reception staff. The gentleman who works there is incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get an appointment with a doctor, which was a huge relief for me, as it was very difficult to get through the hotline. The entire situation was handled efficiently and in a friendly atmosphere. This kind of approach to patients truly makes a difference.

Patients are treated very politely and kindly, both by doctors like Dr. Kwiatek and Dr. Janik, and by the receptionists. They are friendly and competent, and everything is easy to arrange. The only problem is using the hotline, as after a long wait, they still connect you to the registration desk.

I don't recommend it; punctuality doesn't exist at this clinic. Delays and gossip in the treatment room instead of work, like at Bareja, one woman typing on a computer while another vaccinates. There's no rush, and everyone has their time. Personal data is not protected; while visiting a doctor in one room, you can hear exactly what's going on in the other (loud and clear).
