  Today, February 20, 2026, at 8:15 AM, I was scheduled for a My Health test. There was a long queue at the clinic – an hour's delay. Due to this delay, I proceeded to registration, stating that I was registered for tests under the National Health Fund (NFZ), but also wanted to have the tests performed through Lux Med. I asked for my Lux Med card and even confirmation of the ordered tests to streamline the process. At registration, I was informed that women still need to call Lux Med, so please arrange this at the treatment room. A problem arose at the clinic because the woman stated that she can only draw blood through My Health, and that she has to call Lux Med, which is already a problem. As a result, I have to re-register at the treatment room and squat again to have the tests ordered by Lux Med, which, incidentally, won't be ordered by Eskulap. This situation with Lux Med patient care is common. I don't know why they have a contract with this company, but there is a problem with patient service?

  I waited for a call for 45 minutes, I was the first one and I was disconnected, it's a joke how hard it is to get through there, I don't recommend it.

  I've been calling since 7 a.m., and the line is constantly busy. I went with my daughter, who has a fever, at 8 a.m. There are no more appointments available. Unfortunately, the doctors are refusing to help. So I'm asking where to seek help? Who will be responsible if something happens to my child?! We're waiting until the evening to go to the emergency room. They accept, of course, but they're very upset. What were you doing all day that you didn't go to your family doctor? I replied that they refused to help me because they had no appointments for today. What a tragedy!

  It's hard to evaluate doctors if you can't get an appointment. I'm evaluating the clinic's communication. The line has been busy since morning, and if there's a signal and I'm in the queue, they disconnect after a few minutes because the wait time is too long. I call one day.
