  The doctor was friendly, cheerful, and kind. However, the receptionist wasn't sure I was supposed to collect my results online. I received my card a month later, but it turns out they don't have it. I called the Synevo laboratory, and the results haven't been at the clinic for 16 days. The receptionist didn't even bother to inform me and is making it difficult for me to send the results via email.
