  I'm a mother of two daughters. With my first daughter, breastfeeding was a nightmare from the very beginning. First, I had sore nipples, two infections, and finally a breast abscess. I sought help, but no one could guide me properly. Everyone seemed willing, but ultimately, I was left alone with the problem and the prejudice. All this lasted about 10 months. Of course, breastfeeding ended five weeks after giving birth. Another nine months passed before I recovered. By chance, I found a doctor who took care of me and finally cured me. I was deeply traumatized and assumed I wouldn't breastfeed with subsequent children. The doctor, who was calm and knowledgeable, calmly said, "Time will tell, we'll see." With my second daughter, I already knew I was in good care and decided to give it a try. I can't express how much I owe to the doctor. After experiences like this, I believe every woman beginning her breastfeeding journey should have the support of someone as competent and confident as the doctor.   I can confidently say that Dr. Nehring saved my breastfeeding journey, which ultimately lasted three years. She tackled a problem that previous lactation consultants couldn't. I was practically on the verge of giving up breastfeeding due to the excruciating pain caused by the wound on my breast, but luckily, I found a lovely doctor who, after three months of struggling, resolved the problem in a week! I wholeheartedly recommend her. Besides being professional, she's also a very warm and helpful person, which is exactly what every mother with a small child needs.

The guidelines are clear, and even for a new mother, the plan of action is clear, and the advice I implemented yielded results.
