  The doctor is very nice and spends as much time as needed for conversation, examination, etc. I'm giving it 3 stars because I waited 50 minutes for my first appointment. Before my second appointment, I specifically called to inquire about the waiting list, assuming it might be similar. Unfortunately, I didn't get through, and when I arrived at 4:20 PM, the time I was scheduled, there was still someone in the office and three more ahead of me. The receptionist called back, and when I pointed out that this approach was inappropriate, I learned that the doctor had sent notifications to patients scheduled for 5:00 PM and later, because the 4:20 and 4:40 PM appointments were already there. When I asked about the delay, I was told it was 20-30 minutes, which was impossible, considering the doctor spends 20-30, or even 40 minutes per appointment, which is fine. But waiting over an hour for a private, expensive appointment is excessive. Appointments are made every 20 minutes, which causes these kinds of situations. So, the doctor is nice, but her approach is factory-like and lacks respect for the patients' time. Furthermore, I sent a text message asking briefly about the connection between the test results and the medications I'm taking and received no response. Unprofessional and dismissive. I recommend it in moderation.

  For several years now, I've been regularly scheduling preventative care appointments with Dr. Surynt. During that time, she also managed my two pregnancies, including one with various complications. Every diagnosis and decision she made was spot-on, so I trust her 100%. She's a truly excellent specialist with empathy. She's truly a doctor with a calling.
