I definitely recommend this doctor! She is really patient and very supportive. She dedicates as much time as needed to understand the situation and mental health, asks appropriate questions, and prescribes the right medicine. Moreover, Dr. Kostoń-Mędrala is always open to helping whenever you need it. It is truly a pleasure to meet someone who has chosen the right path to become a doctor!

A visit to Dr. Koston Mendrala is like tilting at windmills – instead of help, you get obstacles in your way. I came for support in a difficult situation, needing documents for the disability appeal board, and what did I get? Zero interest, zero reliability, zero willingness to help. The doctor didn't even review the documents I brought, didn't delve into the details of my situation – she simply canceled the appointment, trying to get it done faster, to the next patient. What's more, I asked for a letter confirming the appointment and support from the board – what I received was directly against my interests! Instead of a reliable opinion, I received something that looked like sabotage – written as if the goal was to ensure I wouldn't win my case. On top of that, they suggested I had "claims" – absurd! This isn't the first time this doctor, instead of helping, has made things even more complicated. And all this after a whole day of waiting, because there's no such thing as an appointment here. Patients spend hours, and some literally sleep in their cars from dawn or wait until 10:00 PM, just to get into the office. There's a lack of respect for people, total organizational chaos, and patients are treated like a necessary evil. This isn't a place where the patient has any value. They only care about money – you pay, they'll see you in five minutes. And if you need real help, good luck! Go to another doctor. If you want to waste your time, nerves, and money – go ahead. If you're looking for support – steer clear!

The best doctor I've ever seen. I'd been to various doctors with my mother before, but she was the only one who truly helped me. She prescribed the right medication, and things really improved. She devotes as much time as the patient needs, doesn't rush, and speaks freely. I recommend her.

If it were possible, it would be a 0. Because of Ms. Rzeźnik (because I can't personally call her a doctor), the patient ended up with even worse problems. People come for simple help, with a long-standing and proven diagnosis, clear problems, and ask for help with the bothersome effects of the disease... they're given medications that aren't even suitable for the condition, and in ridiculously low or far too high doses :) The doctor lacks delicacy and compassion. During the visit, she laughs even though the patient is begging for help and is "on their last legs." Statements like "if you get enough sleep, you won't be depressed," "but I know better what to treat," etc., are unacceptable. Not to mention the lies about what the medication is for. It's a shame we wasted so much time and health on this woman... Please seriously consider visiting this specialist, especially in the case of a crisis or emergency. EDIT: An attempt to explain this occurred during the patient's last visit. You didn't take him seriously, despite warnings that if he didn't get the right medication, he would be tested and that he couldn't cope anymore. He then heard the line about sleeping. Fortunately, our therapist recommended another specialist and dissuaded him from his misery.
