Today I had an MRI scan of my knee. The receptionist and the woman who operated the equipment were very professional!! Friendly, quick, and incredibly efficient! Thank you so much, I wish there were more people like you in healthcare!! I'd like to thank the receptionist! Why? Because I tried to schedule the test the day before, and it was very urgent! I was transferred from phone to phone…! It took half a day. When I finally got through to the receptionist and explained my situation and the difficulty in getting information and quick help (the women quickly exchanged information about what I was calling about), one of the women finally took charge and helped (I thanked her the next day) because I had already had the test. Everything took place on Thursday, February 19, 2026, and the test and registration assistance on February 20, 2026. Thank you to the entire team the day before and on the day of the test.

We sincerely thank the entire team of doctors, nurses, and support staff for the professional, compassionate, and kind care they provided to our grandfather during his treatment and cataract surgery. Initially, he was very stressed and apprehensive about the procedure, but thanks to the exceptionally kind, patient, and supportive staff, he felt safe and at ease. The treatment's results were very noticeable, and his vision improved significantly. He then went to his second eye surgery without stress, fully trusting the staff and knowing he would receive the same level of care and attention. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, confident that patients are in the hands of true professionals and highly empathetic individuals.

I'm warning you about this clinic and pediatrician, Olga Glukhova. I went to see my child, who is not yet two months old, and she has irritation around her buttocks (most likely diaper rash). After tests, everything was confirmed to be fine, and when asked what treatment to use, the doctor recommended clotrimazole ointment. Firstly, it's antifungal. Secondly, the contraindications pointed to skin irritation (I was supposed to apply the ointment to my child's already irritated skin, which is irritating, shocking). Thirdly, no studies have been conducted on children. The doctor also behaves very poorly towards a woman who has just given birth and is experiencing breastfeeding problems. When I pointed out that I was formula-feeding my child (I really wanted to breastfeed, I did everything possible to achieve this, but unfortunately, it didn't work out), I was told, "Well... feed him, you'll feed him, and that's it." This meant that there was nothing good in such feeding, and my child wouldn't benefit from it, and would only get sick like all children do these days. I'm 28 years old and I was also formula-fed. It's inappropriate for a woman to say such things to another woman; it's very unprofessional. I wholeheartedly do not recommend it. P.S. I came in yesterday for my child's vaccinations, and the nurse, with a disgruntled face, told me that my child had been removed from the clinic's declaration. First, she pointed out that I had been seeing a different pediatrician (that's not true, although honestly, I really wanted to change her!!!), and then that I had insurance problems and that their clinic was absolutely not to blame. I have insurance and everything is fine, but I think there are some issues with their clinic and system. Once again, I do not recommend it!
