I don't recommend it. I couldn't get an appointment with a gynecologist for a whole year, and all appointments were postponed without consulting the patient. My next appointment was scheduled for over six months from now :) One star is too many.

The endless queues at the registration desk. Inside, only one or two desks are always open, meaning you have to wait "forever" to get your business done. A separate issue is the courtesy of the registration staff, who, mentally locked in a previous era, sit there as if it were a punishment and, lacking empathy, mechanically set an appointment for several months in the future. Wishing you good health, I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

I highly recommend Mrs. Anne Bielecka-Szczypek, a very good specialist in internal medicine. Despite the over-the-counter medications I used, I had no improvement. I had to start antibiotics, which started working after two days of treatment and the patient was cured.

Ridiculously long check-in lines, chaos, lack of information, unpleasant service, and delays – steer clear of Jagiellońska Street as far as possible. The only positive is that the clinic is relatively clean, and there's a cheap Gemini pharmacy nearby.

I don't recommend this place because you can never get in to see an internist. You have to ask to see a doctor every time, and they usually refuse. I've only managed to get an appointment with my family doctor twice, and I've been there for several years. Most of the ladies working at the front desk are unpleasant and unhelpful. Only a few are friendly and empathetic. An ultrasound or an appointment with an orthopedist, for example, takes a minute, and the wait is months. This place is funded with our money, and it doesn't serve our health.
