  Experienced, friendly staff, blood draws go smoothly. The nurses have no problem with blood draws. The man in the locker room is very helpful and will answer any questions. I recommend this clinic.

  Personally, I have nothing against this clinic because Dr. Peplowski works there, a very good doctor. Even the receptionist, despite her moodiness, will help me after waiting 40 minutes to answer the phone. However, yesterday, when I was seeing another doctor who only worked a few hours, at my appointment time, he informed me that he had to go eat a SANDWICH, and the doctor was gone for 15 minutes. I would have ignored it if it weren't for the fact that instead of effectively arranging transport for my grandmother, she complained that Dr. Pepłowski didn't have the paperwork completed in the system and didn't follow through on the matter herself! Maybe it's time to focus on herself, not on other doctors? The doctor didn't tell me I had to book my own transport. What's more, she said she ordered transport for 11:10 and printed out the order. According to what I heard, "transport is booked for 11:10." Today, I waited for transport with my grandmother. Without a phone number, which the doctor didn't give me, I had to call the clinic again, ask for a number for transport, and transport was provided. It was strange! Very unprofessional! I recommend eating before work to stay focused! I won't give my name; it might be a reflection on the doctor. I can explain the food personally; I have no problem with that.   I gave it 2 stars because the doctors at the clinic have always been helpful and friendly. However, you can't give this place more than 2 stars – getting an appointment is next to impossible. Today, I made 32 calls to the clinic over the course of two and a half hours before anyone even picked up, then waited in line for over 20 minutes (as the only person there). When I finally arrived, I found this: an empty reception desk, two women at the desk – chatting and drinking coffee – and the phone kept ringing and ringing. This forces patients in critical condition to rush to the clinic only to be told, in a VERY RUDE way, that there are no appointments available. These women must have been born in the communist era – fire them, or someone will get hurt someday. I don't salute those nasty old women. I salute the doctors, who, by the way, don't hide their indignation about the receptionists during their appointments. These women wouldn't even make it in a grocery store, let alone in healthcare. I remind you that this is about human health and sometimes even life.

  Good morning, I'm pleased to share that my first experience with the telephone registration at the Medical Home at ul. Gdyńska 1 was a very pleasant surprise. The call was answered by Ms. Małgorzata J. She went above and beyond to help with my urgent registration and provide expert advice. She was completely professional.
