  this is a bad emergency hospital. Wouldnt recommend if u have an ACTUAL emergency, on the 13th on may at 6pm we went to this hospital for an emergency, we had to wait 30 minutes for an doctor to come, If u have an urgent emergency i wouldnt come here.

  I wanted to share my opinion and thank you, above all, for the excellent care. I was in the gynecology ward for this procedure. From the moment I was admitted to the emergency room, the midwives were wonderful, especially Agnieszka. The doctor who examined me, two young, friendly, and smiling women, explained everything to me. The stay in the ward was clean, with modern beds. The nurses were gentle and patient, explaining everything and helping. The surgery itself was so comfortable and pleasant in the operating room. The assistant anesthesiologist relaxed the atmosphere; they were very polite and discreet, maintaining all the principles of a woman's dignity. The doctors were professional and explained everything calmly. The food quality was shocking. Even though I only had breakfast and one dinner (I couldn't eat lunch), everything was delicious and varied. The bread was fresh, as were the other products, and in the evening there was also yogurt or vanilla cheese. Overall, the hospital is patient-friendly. Thank you so much, I will have fond memories of it.

  Heartfelt Thanks and Expressions of Appreciation Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Staff of the Hospital in Kartuzy, I would like to express my sincerest thanks and deep appreciation for the professional, compassionate, and caring care my mother, Halina Laszczkowska, received during her stay at your facility. 🌟 Emergency Department (ED) We have particularly fond memories of our admission to the Emergency Department (ED). Despite the undoubtedly difficult conditions and heavy workload, the entire staff demonstrated extraordinary efficiency, calm, and kindness. The quick and professional diagnosis and caring approach during this stressful time deserve the highest praise. We felt cared for and confident that our mother was in the best hands. 💖 General Surgery Department The care provided at the General Surgery Department continued this exemplary standard. We would like to thank all the doctors and nurses for their daily hard work, smiles, patience, and constant willingness to help. Your sensitivity and concern for the patient's comfort during her recovery are invaluable. We also thank the ward physicians for the comprehensive information they provided about my mother's health and the sense of security they provided us. 🥇 Special Recognition for Chief Physician Jerzy Ropel In particular, I would like to express my immense gratitude and the greatest respect for Chief Physician Jerzy Ropel. Under his leadership, the ward operates at the highest level. He is not only an outstanding specialist and professional, but also a person distinguished by great empathy and a humane approach to patients and their families. We thank you for your expertise, confident decisions, and personal commitment, which was crucial to the treatment process and my mother's successful recovery. Thank you again for ensuring that, thanks to your work, knowledge, and heart, my mother was able to return home healthy. This is a hospital that heals and gives hope. PS For comparison, just be a patient in the Emergency Department at the Municipal Hospital in Gdynia and the Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery Department (I wouldn't wish it on anyone) – we had this dubious (dis)pleasure.
