One star, why… Calling today at 8:16 a.m., I was told there were no more spaces available to accommodate a child with a fever of 39°C. They only offered a telehealth consultation and advised me to call tomorrow – if there were any spaces available. In such a situation, I would have expected real help, not just being sent back the next day.

One doctor is once again ruining the reputation of the entire facility. Dr. Myszkowska Tosz admitted a child in two minutes without a comprehensive examination. Instead, she made numerous comments about the child's dyed hair. (Leftover from the holidays) Comments on what they say at school...and with malice and arrogance. Dear doctor, please focus on your treatment and put your effort into it, instead of judging someone's appearance.

This clinic is definitely a 5! The reception staff is incredibly friendly, and the pediatricians are truly top-notch! I don't understand these comments about the doctor using his phone. What difference does that make? My child is less afraid of the phone than of a flashlight. Especially when the diagnosis is accurate, the doctor always has time for the patient; for me, she's even a hellfire light... I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Myszkowska-Torz.

I was very pleased with my visit to this clinic. Even during my phone call, I was met with friendly and helpful staff. The next day, I signed up for the National Health Fund (NFZ) – the atmosphere in the facility was very pleasant, and the reception staff were friendly and professional. I also registered my son – we were seen very quickly. Dr. Katarzyna was incredibly kind and patient; my son, who is usually afraid of doctors, felt safe with her. I wholeheartedly recommend her – excellent care and excellent patient care.
