An absolutely professional medical center! I managed to book an appointment for the afternoon through the Damian app (working well and smoothly, can be found for free on Google Play/App Store, best for booking appointments) on the same morning, as I had an emergency. The staff was helpful since the process is so well organized and smooth, I didn't even need a lot of communication. They told me at the reception the price for the consultation and I paid for it there when I arrived. There are enough chairs for waiting, pleasant and comfortable ones. Finding the cabinets is also very easy, since on each door is written the number and the name of the doctor. There is a little lamp on the door that is lighted in red if there is another consultation going on, and it turns green when it's finished. Of course the doctor comes out and invites you when he is ready. I personally had an outstandingly pleasant experience. The doctor was very helpful and open minded, even if not the most fluent in English, I eased the process with writing down my issues in details and translating them to Polish, and her attitude was impeccable. So much helpfulness, openness and warm approach. I can only praise the Polish healthcare and I am here to express how impressed I am by the way I was treated here! Thank you! Warmly recommend the Damian Medical Center!

The Dr who assessed my husband a week ago made two errors on the prescription - despite calling as soon as we found out as the pharmacist would not issue the medication and as advised on the Friday and again today- we do not have a correct prescription.I asked to be contacted by today by telephone after making a formal written complaint and yet again nothing happened.No alternative practitioners were suggested as somehow this Dr is the only specialist and apparently he was taking leave- This is supposed to be a Nation wide company.Disapointing,frustrating, timewasting,annoying and I do not recommend at all and very much doubt that our complaint will be concluded but will leave us with a bad experience.

One of the worst experience in my life! Never seen people that rude with no educational experience! Would recommend everyone to go somewhere else! I have asked to refund my money and they did, the reason of refunding was wrong information!
