  Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the manner in which my National Health Fund-funded gynecological appointment, which took place on July 1, 2025, with Dr. Bogumiła Czeczelewska-Skraińska at the Battle of Warsaw 1920 Medical Center in Radzymin - Independent Public Healthcare Complex, was conducted. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but I wasn't seen until after 5:20 PM. The very beginning of the appointment was uncomfortable—the interview with the midwife was conducted in a very rude manner. The midwife addressed me as "you," which I found unacceptable and unprofessional. Upon entering the office, Dr. Czeczelewska-Skraińska did not greet me, did not say "good morning," and did not show any respect for me as a patient. When I asked for my husband to accompany me during the appointment (to confirm my pregnancy), the doctor refused, stating that "this is not a private visit, but a National Health Fund visit" and that "she doesn't have time for the two of us." Despite my husband's assurances that he would remain silent and only wanted to be present during the examination, the doctor suggested that we could come for a private visit if we wanted to be together. This attitude violates my right to have a loved one present during healthcare services (in accordance with Article 21 of the Act on Patients' Rights and the Patient Ombudsman). Therefore, I have cancelled my appointment because I felt humiliated, misunderstood, and treated in a manner inconsistent with the principles of professional ethics and the law. I demand: • clarification on this matter, • a disciplinary discussion with the staff, • assurances that in the future, patients will be treated with due respect and that their right to have a loved one present will be respected.   I've been a patient of Dr. Bogumiła Czeczelewska for 15 years. She managed my two pregnancies, and my husband and I had been trying for a long time to have our first child. Good diagnosis, appropriate treatment for the problem... getting pregnant... succeeded. All thanks to Dr. Czeczelewska. I enjoy my appointments. She's very reliable, kind, and caring. She answers all my questions. Even the absurd ones... obvious, even ridiculous on my part. I can't imagine changing doctors in this field. She's gentle when examining patients. I highly recommend her.
