A complete disaster. Calling to cancel an appointment is next to impossible, let alone getting a referral released for another appointment. The first consultation involves a phone call from the doctor to schedule tests, a waste of time. Instead of scheduling a first in-person appointment, the patient waits for a phone call and then is scheduled in the office. Not everyone has the option of sitting and waiting for the phone to ring at any time. I don't recommend the service, but I can't comment on the medical service itself, as we didn't have the opportunity to use it.

This endocrinologist woman is completely clueless, or rather, doesn't have her own expertise, because it's hard to say it's hers. She miscalculates medication doses and doesn't order necessary tests. She's completely out of her mind.

This clinic is a complete disaster. No one answers your calls, including Dr. Łazęcki. I've been waiting three months for my prescription code. The only explanation I've heard is that the doctor isn't available or forgot. It's time to change clinics. First, the entire staff at this clinic needs a thorough examination (except for one woman who is always kind and will help whenever she can).

I've been receiving treatment at this clinic for over 20 years. Recently, during a surgical procedure, the surgeon wasn't impressed with my TSH results and asked me to consult with my endocrinologist. I called, described the situation, and asked for an appointment for a consultation, either as a walk-in or as an unscheduled but necessary teleconsultation. The receptionist began asking me about my results and stated that they'd always been negative. When I asked if she felt comfortable consulting me, she hung up. A moment later, I called back and said the doctor had patients currently, but to call back at 12. When I called, she informed me there was a delay, and the doctor would call back. I've been waiting for three weeks now. I'm curious to see how long I'll get. It's a joke. I'm just curious if the doctor even received the information that a consultation was needed, or if the woman at the reception desk decided my future. Generally, a 5-minute visit once a year, and that's it. Greetings and I wish you good health.

Today marks the 8th day I've been waiting unsuccessfully for a teleconsultation with Dr. Łazęcki to discuss test results and receive a prescription for a chronic condition. THE DOCTOR IS NOT CALLING!!! The reasons given by the receptionists: the doctor couldn't make it / the system wasn't working / the doctor will call tomorrow (heard three times). One woman is polite, the rest are working as a punishment and treat the patient arrogantly. It doesn't matter what illness you have, Dr. Łazęcki will have you covered... Maybe because he's the manager of this facility, so I have to beg for his number. I suspect my complaint to the Patient Ombudsman won't help either, because the manager probably does his job diligently when he sees patients privately. Today is Good Friday - the receptionists are no longer working, and no one is answering the phone, even though Google doesn't show the facility is closed. Enjoy your eggs, ladies, and see you after the holidays.
