Unfortunately, this is the worst psychiatrist I've ever seen. Zero empathy. Zero consideration. I was 10 minutes late due to traffic (and I'm from another city), and they wanted me to reschedule or go to the GP to extend my sick leave. The next day, my sick leave was expiring, leaving me without continued sick leave and a certificate of fitness for work. It's a joke. I didn't give up, so they treated me. I don't recommend him.

It was a complete disaster. I had an appointment for desensitization in October/November. When I called, the receptionist said the doctor was on vacation, and so was her mother. No one informed me that the women had gone on a year or six-month vacation and there was no one to cover for me. When the doctor was already there, I went in for my appointment and asked when I could have the desensitization. The doctor replied that it was too late, to which I replied that it wasn't my fault because you weren't there that long. She replied that MAYBE next year would work ;). I said it was a joke, left, and they charged me 300 złoty ;). I wholeheartedly do not recommend her, no professionalism.

I have very fond memories of my visit to the clinic. The service and the professional approach to the patient were excellent. After just a few minutes, I felt like an honored guest, not a patient. Ms. Ania was incredibly kind; her approach to me and my problems was top-notch, and she didn't overdo it. Thanks to Ms. Ania, I'm no longer afraid of doctors and needles. 😁 I've finally found my healthcare provider. If I could, I'd use the clinic's services every week, but unfortunately, my next visit is in a few months. 🫤 It's great that such people exist and form such a close-knit team. Thank you all, and see you soon. Many greetings to the entire CRM staff.

It's a complete joke. My last visit was already a failure, but this time they've outdone themselves. I was invited for a free pneumococcal vaccination, because they can offer it to me due to my health problems. I arrived and was surprised. It turns out it wasn't a free vaccination program, but a clinical trial, something no one informed me about over the phone. That's nothing. I was given a 23-page contract to read, and when I was almost done, I was invited back to the office, where I learned that I was too healthy for them and didn't qualify (they had my medical records). Ultimately, I lost a day of vacation and money for gas, and that was the end of my CRM Katowice experience.
