  I had an absolutely terrible experience at Vita Medica Warsaw with Dr. Arthur Zawadski. I visited the clinic with my 7-year-old son, who had been suffering from an oscillating fever for over a week (37.3°C - 38.7°C). Despite paying for the consultation, the doctor showed no interest in examining him. When I asked for a blood test to check for a bacterial infection, he rudely refused, raised his voice, and aggressively dismissed us from his office. His behavior was completely unacceptable, especially towards a sick child. After insisting, he finally, and very reluctantly, prescribed a blood test. I paid for all the services, and the results showed an elevated CRP level of 27, clearly indicating an infection. Yet, Dr. Zawadski only prescribed nasal drops. To make matters worse, the reception staff treated us with shocking rudeness and complete disregard. They were dismissive, laughing at us, and acted as if we were a burden. My son, already unwell, was subjected to unnecessary stress due to their horrible attitude. Given the lack of proper care, I went to another doctor and paid for another consultation and blood tests. This time, my son was diagnosed with bronchitis and an infected mucus buildup, a condition that was completely ignored at Vita Medica. He was prescribed nebulization and antibiotics. This clinic and this doctor do not care about their patients. The way we were treated was inhumane, especially toward a sick child. I strongly advise against going to Vita Medica Warsaw or seeing Dr. Arthur Zawadski. I will be filing a formal complaint with the clinic’s management and reporting this to UOKiK consumer protection. No one should be treated this way, especially not a child in need of medical care.

  I am a patient at this clinic and work professionally evaluating healthcare systems in Europe for the European Commission. I am Austrian, fluent in Polish, and the clinic has no knowledge of my professional background – I function solely as a patient and the patient's mother. Based on my experience, I can say that this facility boasts an exceptionally high level of professionalism (compared to my experience with the Polish system and also in general). This applies to the entire team: from the registration desk, to the nursing staff, to the physicians. In my interactions with the physicians, I always feel a sense of partnership and genuine dialogue. I can ask questions and discuss concerns, and the answers are objective and substantive. I particularly appreciate their informed and responsible approach to antibiotic therapy and the problem of increasing antimicrobial resistance. I recently conducted a pan-European study in this area and know that such a high level of awareness and consistency in clinical practice is still the exception rather than the norm. Małgosia should be a shining example of what nursing is all about. All the nurses at this clinic are highly professional, but her expertise, calm demeanor, and patient-centered approach are truly exceptional. When she cares for my child, I feel a sense of pure joy. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

  Prof. Rogowski from VITA Medica is a great doctor – professional, attentive, and thorough. The visit was conducted in a professional and pleasant atmosphere. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful; everything went smoothly and without any problems. I definitely recommend it.

  I'm under the care of a dietitian. Ms. Szymańska is very kind and empathetic. I always receive a detailed nutrition plan and menu based on my current results. The recipes are delicious and easy, well-thought-out, and inexpensive to prepare. I think I'll finally be able to make these changes permanent. Thank you very much, and I highly recommend her.

  I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lewandowski and his entire, incredibly friendly team. He has extensive knowledge and a holistic, empathetic approach to patients. From diagnosis, through the procedure, and into recovery, the entire team is supportive, helpful, and always smiling. I highly recommend him!
