I don't recommend it. I was at the center with a cut fingertip. I had an accident at work and was sent away empty-handed. They put a bandage on my bloody finger without any disinfection or dressing change. The doctor told me to go to the emergency room to get my finger stitched up without even seeing the wound. What's more, she told me that since I'm from the countryside, I should go to Wrocławska Street. It's very sad, but it's good that I received professional help at my center.

My father uses this clinic. It's convenient for patients, clean, and friendly. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Office hours are convenient, teleconsultation is easy, and home visits are also available. The only downside is the descent. My father can't get in or out on his own, and I can't get him in a wheelchair because the weight of the wheelchair will drag me. I always have to ask someone else for help. The receptionists are happy to open the nearest doors, but the descent or ascent is difficult for someone with limited mobility.

Dr. Kwiecińska, a doctor by vocation, leaves her office happy that someone took proper care of you, not on time or "bugger off." I honestly can't imagine going to another primary care physician. As for the nurses, I don't understand these negative reviews. I have a huge problem with donating blood (a strange phobia), so much so that two nurses have to attend. One draws the blood and the other stands by the door to prevent me from escaping. Despite such actions, I've never felt treated unkindly or with any disdain; they're completely professional.

The clinic generally runs well, hence the positive reviews. However, avoid Ms. Będkowska – she's an incompetent, rude, and insolent doctor. I confirm all the negatives about her.

I'm very pleased with the clinic. Dr. Kwiecińska is exceptionally competent, professional, and kind. The rest of the staff is also competent, and the atmosphere is really good for a Polish clinic.
