I'm reading some of the reviews and rubbing my eyes in amazement. People, get real! First of all, complaining that the receptionists "don't do anything" because they don't answer their phones every second is absurd. Anyone who's ever stood in line can see that they're not just sitting there, but working their tails off between patients, paperwork, and ringing lines. This isn't a call center, it's a medical facility. Secondly, there's the issue of "competence." If someone thinks they're smarter than a doctor because they spent five minutes on Google or asked an artificial intelligence (AI) for a diagnosis, I applaud their courage, but I pity their common sense. A doctor has years of study and practice, and an internet algorithm can't tell the difference between a stomach ache and a serious infection. Questioning the expertise of specialists based on online results is simply pathetic. For my part, I thank the entire team for their hard work and professionalism. The doctors know what they're doing, and the staff does the best they can within this system. A little more respect and a little less "Dr. Google" and everyone will be better off.

The ladies at the front desk are terrible; they don't answer, they're even holding up the line. I've been calling for over an hour to make an appointment for my child with a doctor, and there's a problem. They should be held accountable for such disrespectful behavior. They should be given freedom, perhaps they'd learn something.

I don't recommend Dr. Michał Frątczak. He's a complete jerk and a pushover. He misdiagnoses and prescribes the wrong medications. He doesn't issue sick leave either, or he only issues one-day sick leave with a code C, meaning incapacity for work after consuming alcohol. A doctor like that shouldn't treat people; he only harms them.

The ladies at the collection point were very rude and even rude. While waiting in line for a swab test with a child with a fever and abdominal pain, I was told I had to wait. After the pediatrician intervened, the ladies were kind enough to admit the child. I do not recommend them.

Dr. Marcinkowska is a professional surgeon, highly recommended. The receptionists, the women in the treatment room, and the nurse in the surgical suite are friendly.
