In September (September 17th), I had a gynecological appointment, during which a Pap smear was taken. On October 16th, I received a call informing me of the abnormal results and the need for a paid extension to my test package. I was assured that the waiting time for the results would not exceed two weeks. After that time, I contacted the doctor twice to request the results. Only after my intervention was the matter reviewed, and it turned out that the tests... simply weren't available. On November 15th, I was scheduled for a second Pap smear, which resulted in another extended wait. I didn't receive the final results, which indicated the presence of a highly oncogenic type, until December 17th – more than three months after the initial appointment. After the call, I requested that the test results, further recommendations, and a referral for further diagnostics be sent to me via email. Unfortunately, despite my requests, this was not fulfilled, and I was forced to pursue my rights by phone once again. The lack of organization, the loss of tests, failure to meet declared deadlines, and the need to constantly ask for basic information are absolutely unacceptable – especially in a situation involving health and a potentially serious diagnosis.

Money down the drain. Fortunately, only one visit. The nice lady said there was nothing she could do for us and didn't really say anything helpful. The deadlines were long and undefined. We found help elsewhere and it turned out they could do anything, and within a pretty reasonable timeframe.

I warn against this facility. I went with my son to Magdalena Nowacka for six months for an evaluation. We were supposed to return after turning 18 to complete the assessment, but we were told that Ms. Magda wouldn't be there, and the only thing we could do was start the process over with someone else. I was robbed of my time and money, and we were left with nothing. Please think twice before enrolling your child in this facility. The only thing they offered was to start the process over again. You gave me the contact details for a weave in Warsaw at a separate facility that has nothing to do with you. And I'm asking, what did you charge me for? The goal was clear, and you didn't deliver on what you were charging me for, or are you suggesting I start the process over again? Of course, I still have to pay you. The case will be reported, and we'll meet in court when necessary. The facility manager, a true star, didn't even call, even though I asked for her contact information and clarification. She's all about lining her pockets and nothing more. Dear Mrs. Magda, you should have called instead of prescribing medication and explaining how great you are. Another issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ms. Magdalena Nowacka, STAY AWAY FROM HER.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place. With your first appointment, you receive terms and conditions regarding payment and cancellations. My husband and I decided to have therapy. On January 2nd, we had a second appointment. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it due to a fever, but my husband did (we didn't know how to cancel the appointment until New Year's Day, and if you don't cancel, you're still charged 100%). After 25-30 minutes, the therapist ended the session and charged the full amount. I called to ask for an explanation of why, if the person conducting the session ends halfway through, the payment is still due, and that I expect a half refund. Today, I received a call saying everything was in accordance with their terms and conditions and that the person conducting the session didn't even have to conduct those 25-minute sessions. In my opinion, this constitutes a failure to provide a service for which the center unfairly charged the full amount, and a policy that holds the patient's money by the throat when the therapist can do anything. We wanted to have meetings every two weeks because that suited us (there was no problem with making an appointment at the registration desk), but the therapist said we should have them every week because she doesn't have a patient and doesn't work then...
