I scheduled an appointment with PZU. At the counter, the woman informed me that they haven't signed a contract with this company for an endocrinologist since the second month of my pregnancy. The receptionist told me in a brusque tone: "We have no obligation to inform you about this." I had a similar situation in Gliwice with a breast ultrasound, and they called me from there saying they couldn't perform the procedure. I had to pay for the appointment. Interestingly, the PZU hotline informed me that this facility and this specialty do have a contract with them. Six months earlier, my brother-in-law had a similar situation. I honestly don't recommend her to anyone who wants to go on a PZU insurance plan. I have no complaints about the doctor; I've been seeing her for several years, but due to the clinic's approach, I'll have to change clinics.

It's a cool place, you can get blood drawn and see doctors in one place, which makes it much easier. Parking is a bit of a problem, but there's a parking lot nearby.

The allergist is simply ripping people off. Instead of testing my child as soon as possible, she kept them coming back every month just to write more prescriptions. Instead of getting better, it got worse. The child was given too little medication. Luckily, he didn't suffocate! Now, when I went to Opole for an appointment with the National Health Fund, all the tests and examinations were done at once in one visit. The interview was also detailed, not as short-lived as at a private company where you pay a lot of money. Apart from that... the doctor, who'd just finished school, filled out the documentation with errors, not just spelling errors. Shameful and disgraceful. I honestly don't recommend her if you want to take care of your child's health without losing a fortune.

The wait time, due to a "slowdown," was over 1.5 hours. I think that since such a significant delay is already known at 10 a.m., it wouldn't be a big deal to call the next patients with the approximate wait time – simply out of respect for others' time. The reception desk isn't very busy, so I think this approach would be much better than saying "room 5, you have to wait because it's slow" without specifying how long? Why?. Only then do other patients report that they've been waiting for over an hour. Let's respect each other and our time (not everyone has a whole day off, or wants to spend half a day off at the Krapkowice clinic). As a private practice, I think this is simply unfair. Appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes, with each appointment lasting over 30-40 minutes, which is very illogical. The doctor is very thorough and friendly, but the wait time is a complete joke. I sympathize with patients who have to pay a considerable amount for something like this. Another solution in such cases would be to reduce the cost of the visit, but unfortunately, money is clearly more important.
