  The registration process there is a bit of a mess. At the end of my appointment with the endocrinologist, we checked my work schedule and agreed that the next appointment would be in February, as December was still too early, and I couldn't make it in January because I had to travel for work. I also remember perfectly well that when I left, I told the receptionist about it, and the woman took note of it and replied that she had no idea what the dates would be and that she would contact me closer to the appointment. Today I received a call asking if I would be available for my appointment on January 24th, which, of course, I can't attend because I'm at work. The receptionist, in a very offended tone, asked me if I dared to ask for a February appointment, as I had initially requested, and then proceeded to tell me I must have imagined it, as she hadn't made that date up. Strangely enough, she's only making appointments for January today, but she's supposedly already booked for February and might even schedule me for March when I WILL BE OUT AGAIN. This is absurd. We couldn't get information about why the appointment wasn't the one we scheduled in October, and we couldn't find an alternative solution. It's all my fault, and you won't do anything about it. If the lack of availability isn't the problem, but the rude treatment of the patient is. If you don't like working with people, maybe you'd be better off working with a cement mixer somewhere. Your clinic isn't the only one in town, and if I had a choice, I'd steer clear of it and encourage others to do the same. Edit: In response to WorldMedica's comment: The communication didn't seem inappropriate, it simply wasn't appropriate, and this person's behavior was downright rude. I also reiterate that the lack of availability isn't the problem, because such situations happen. The problem is that due to someone's mistake, my February appointment was assigned to someone else (according to the woman I spoke with, the appointments were available, but she was already fully booked). They tried to blame me for the confusion, rudely telling me I must have made a mistake. Do you think this is how a patient should be treated?

  I've used WM's services several times, with various specialists. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service from the receptionists and the doctors: gynecologist, cardiologist, and endocrinologist! They provided fantastic, insightful explanations of my questions and concerns. Their high level of empathy made me feel cared for and completely satisfied. I visited the clinic during the holidays and, despite the long waits, managed to get everything sorted out efficiently. This speaks volumes about the facility's excellent organization. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming... she found an appointment almost immediately... she thoroughly explained everything related to the test.
