if your package doesn't cover lets say some blood tests, you need pay for each of them, thats ok but this is not the catch. I had 4 of those blood tests, paid separately, which could have been extracted from very same blood sample. Just because of some "careless " employee, 4 stickers were made and I gave 4 tubes of blood. I ended up giving too much blood and fainted, hit back of my head to chair, . I could have been dead or paralyzed, I still have permanent headache ever since and still need to go to neurologist.

Regular customer of PZU and this medical center. I had multiple dental procedures as well as other checks and treatments. Dental: all good, never had issues and always good quality (removal, canal treatments). Currently doing some rehabilitation due to leg trauma, and happy with nice and friendly service

I can recommend the dental service, which is good and efficient, but I recommend others, especially English speakers who are not familiar with the Polish healthcare system, to stay away from the other services. My experience with the doctors, and I have seen several GPs, is that they are superior, talk down to you, answer rudely back and do not listen to you. My most recent experience with a doctor – after I decided not to take a whole list of check-ups I never asked for and did not want – was to correct me by saying that it was not very nice of me, and to conclude with the triumphant remark: "If you have kidney cancer, it is your responsibility." PLN 640 for a private visit to an orthopedist. During the 10-minute visit, all we learned was that we needed an MRI and a new appointment. The doctor didn't even issue a proper referral, and we had to go private again. I should emphasize that this was all while I had a PZU health plan from my employer. Everything was paid for, no discounts. If you have a choice, choose anything else (Luxmed, Scanmed).
