I'm leaving a positive review. I had contact with an internist and an orthopedist. The doctors were attentive and explained everything. Remember, everyone, when going to the doctor, bring patience, and that's all. There was a significant delay, but once I got into the office, the doctor was completely professional and polite. He answered all my questions, gave recommendations, and informed me about the next steps and possible scenarios.

Periodic examination - the quality of the tests is normal, nothing unusual. An appointment with an occupational medicine doctor means waiting in line. I don't know why there's a set time and number when you just show up anyway. The occupational medicine doctor is okay.

I wanted a referral to a neurologist, but I didn't get one because the doctor didn't have time because other patients were waiting. And I've been waiting for a referral for 1.5 years ☹️✊

Primary healthcare under the National Health Fund (NFZ) at this clinic is at odds with its principles and purpose (not to mention legal regulations and the National Medical Examination Board). It's impossible to get an appointment with a doctor if you become ill on a given day or the next. Appointments are offered at a later date. But what about flu, high fever, respiratory infections, and other urgent ailments? The same applies to getting a follow-up appointment if your health suddenly worsens after a previous visit. If it's not the day scheduled for a possible check-up (e.g., in seven days), the doctor won't see you. He perfidiously refers you to the hospital emergency department after 6 p.m., even though there aren't many patients in the queue (a single patient). Furthermore, there's no way to find out by phone at the registration desk whether the doctor will agree to see you on a given day. You have to come to the clinic in person to ask the "benevolent" doctor whether he'll agree or not. I had to hire a taxi to take my severely disabled husband, whose health suddenly deteriorated, to the doctor to discuss the possibility of being seen that day. Of course, despite my insistent request, the doctor initially refused in a very hostile tone, then changed his mind. But this consultation was already unreliable and unbiased, in an inappropriate atmosphere. The doctor argued this based on a lack of trust. I ask: to whom? The visit was a precautionary one, and the doctor was unbiased. Furthermore, the diagnosis was incorrect. The doctor detected changes in the lungs based on auscultation and a chest X-ray. He referred the patient to the hospital's pulmonology department. Another doctor the same day ruled out pulmonary problems. The actual symptoms, correctly diagnosed by another pulmonologist, were inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, larynx, pharynx, and trachea. Even the bronchi were clear. Furthermore, "his lordship" Dr. B. B. (the subject of this review) refused to continue treating me and my husband. He emphasized that this was the last consultation. The arguments he presented were, in my opinion, biased and untrue. Another shocking fact was the examination of a sick patient with a fever, stripped to the waist, in the office, on a couch right by an open window, with the temperature outside below zero.

The ophthalmologist has been a joke for several years now. Not only is he uncivilized, but he also spins theories when patients simply come in for tests. Quote from today, November 25, 2024: Young people are trying to figure this out… I wanted my eyes checked and I had glasses on… Dear ophthalmologist, if you don't want to perform your duties properly, please retire. Every time I visit you, I hope I won't be nervous during eye exams anymore, but the doctor's approach and tone are very poor… I do not recommend Dr. Abram-Zagórska…
