I definitely don't recommend it!! After trying to register my child with a specialist, who turns 18 in July, the manager informed me that he won't make an appointment because he's booked until June!! Two days ago, after contacting me by phone, there was a slot for the beginning of April, but today, suddenly, there's no slot until the end of June!! For the information of the manager I spoke with on the phone, the National Health Fund (NFZ) sees no problem in admitting my daughter to a doctor!! With a properly issued referral!!!. The conclusion is that this is just YOUR imagination and a reluctance to help people!!! Shameful!!! I also wanted to mention that another public facility registered my daughter with a doctor of the same profession on the same day, with the same referral, without any problem!!

Unfortunately, it's impossible to make an appointment at this clinic. I've tried several times by phone and email, but I've been unsuccessful each time. I definitely don't recommend it! The receptionists don't answer their phones or texts.

I definitely recommend PROMED!! The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, and appointments are available within a reasonable time. The doctors are empathetic, explain everything thoroughly, and spend as much time as needed. I felt listened to and cared for. The facility is clean, well-organized, and has a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely return if needed.

I'm incredibly impressed with the reception staff at the PROMED Medical Center. The receptionists are the right people in the right place. They're smiling, competent, and well-organized. Registration went smoothly, and all formalities were handled quickly, with additional tips on how to handle things faster and more efficiently. It's clear that patients are treated with respect and attention. Thank you very much for your help and the pleasant atmosphere.
