  I try not to write negative reviews, but this clinic left me no choice. I was scheduled for vaccinations with my one-year-old, but no one informed me in advance that the vaccine had to be purchased myself. As a result, I showed up for the appointment for nothing, and the pharmacy discovered that the product was only available by order. During a visit to the pediatrician regarding my children's skin problems, the doctor claimed she didn't know what it was and recommended continued application of cream, which, as I explained, didn't work. No tests or further diagnostics were offered. Furthermore, appointment times are much longer than promised when transferring the children's records, and the specialists listed on the website are not available in practice. There are many more such situations, and describing each one would take several pages. It's truly a shame, because the clinic is beautiful and the receptionists are kind. Unfortunately, the doctors I've seen don't necessarily have a clue about treatment. I've already had a very negative experience and would appreciate your continued cooperation.

  We definitely don't recommend the Polish Health clinic. Encouraged by the positive reviews, our family enrolled in primary care last year after our child was born. Unfortunately, each of the five vaccination appointments we scheduled over the past few months was canceled at the last minute (either the same day or the day before). We understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to staff absences; you might be unlucky once or twice. But five canceled appointments, meaning literally every one we scheduled? Unfortunately, this was the final straw for us; we will no longer be using the Polish Health clinic.

  I highly recommend it! The girls at the front desk are very helpful and do a great job. Dr. Agnieszka Jędrzejczyk diagnosed the cause of my child's almost six-month-old cough (where other doctors had changed syrups and nothing else), and she's incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Thank you.

  A great clinic, with a very pleasant atmosphere and exceptional specialists. Dr. Agnieszka J. deserves special recognition for traveling far to see her patients from another province.

  I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Agnieszka Jędrzejczyk at the Polish Health Clinic. She conducted a thorough examination, performed an on-site ECG, and prescribed appropriate treatment. After taking the prescribed medication, my symptoms completely subsided. The clinic has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the receptionist is very kind and helpful. It's a place where patients feel truly cared for. I highly recommend the Polish Health Clinic and her to anyone looking for a doctor with compassion and a professional approach.
