I'm giving you 5 stars because I object to the hate that one of your customers, Ms. M.R., spewed at you two months ago. Yesterday, she gave us a negative review, completely unrelated to the quality of the food. It's scandalous that such people write negative reviews, spread hate, and vent their bile, and get away with it. Small businesses' ratings plummet, ruining good online reviews, and all their hard work goes to waste. I wish you luck and hope I can alleviate her bile, even if only a little.

It's rock bottom, and they're drilling holes! I pay 250 PLN privately for an ultrasound at a specific time, and what do I get in return? Waiting because there were two or three people ahead of me (the lady at the reception desk ignored the third person!). I pay privately, and I'm treated like any other patient in this country, which is below criticism! Why can no doctor in this country EVER see a patient on time? Why do I not have any privileges when paying privately, but I am treated equally to insured patients—I emphasize that this is the same BAD treatment. There's no difference between private and insured! You're just money to be snatched! And the ladies at the reception desk should learn customer service: in such a case, they say, "I'll go to the doctor and ask if he can see you at 7:45, as scheduled!" Even if the doctor couldn't see you, the situation would have a different dynamic. Because I brought you money. The receptionists (especially the poodle-like lady with a princess pedigree who pretends to be working) are rude and, unfortunately, don't accept criticism, no matter how it may be. And please don't write idiotic things like "registration time is not the time the doctor sees you, but the time the waiting time begins" 😂, because by making up such nonsense, you're only making things worse. Since you don't know this, I'll help you: In accordance with Article 47, Section 1 of the Act on Patients' Rights and the Patient Ombudsman (Journal of Laws 2020, item 849, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health on quality standards: The registration/appointment time is the scheduled time of the doctor's appointment, not the time the waiting time begins. But I don't demand anything from you anymore. However, judging by the number of negative reviews, I predict an imminent decline. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

"Dr. Listwan" is a joke. I strongly advise against using this clinic's services unless you enjoy being humiliated and treated like a second-class person. Some people should take advantage of their pension rights. Two visits to this "doctor" are enough to issue such a judgment with full responsibility. Edit: I don't care much about what's in your medical records. If so many people are reporting problems with this "doctor," something should be done about it instead of blindly making excuses for her and myself. Let me emphasize again, Dr. Listwan is the worst doctor I've ever encountered. This person only ordered lab bandages after I told them I had a Luxmed plan—is that your standard? Ridiculous. An ear infection diagnosed by a patient because the doctor said everything was fine? Consider the quality of patient care. P.S. Google didn't publish the previous review because it was too blunt.

This clinic is a joke. If they don't cancel an appointment 10 minutes beforehand, no doctor ever sees you on time. I can understand a 15-minute delay, but not an hour because the doctor is on his phone and the entire waiting room is full of people. It's embarrassing and disrespectful to his patients.

The ladies at the reception desk are lovely, and Dr. Listwan is lovely. In Legnica, you can't get anything done. They won't even check you into the clinic because there are no available spots. Here, everything is manageable, and the ladies will even help... I'm delighted, and thank you very much :)) 18 km between Legnica and Złotoryja, and already the mentality is completely different.
