  I visited MediRaj and unfortunately, I encountered a very unprofessional approach from the primary care physician. I went in with back pain and asked about preventive checkups. Instead of a substantive conversation, the doctor stated that "the pain is probably because I'm skinny and don't exercise" and that "he's not going to distract the orthopedist from more important matters just because my back hurts." Furthermore, when I asked about preventive checkups, the doctor replied that "full checkups are only available for people over 20" and proceeded to Google this information without asking my age. I had to leave the office without any medical assistance. ❗ I do not recommend this clinic and plan to report the matter to the Patient Ombudsman.

  I arrived thinking I was going for a private visit, but instead I was told I wouldn't have to pay for the visit because I was entitled to a National Health Fund (NFZ) visit once a year. Never before had anyone at the reception desk informed me of this and treated me so kindly. The doctor also surprised me; I had a difficult problem, and he showed me extraordinary kindness and helped me immensely. I would love to have a medical clinic like this in Łódź, where I could go without stress and receive not only medical help but also such uplifting human kindness.

  I happily recommend this facility. It's clean, has a beautiful, soothing interior, but most importantly, even the most wonderful surroundings wouldn't mean anything if the staff weren't like the ones I was lucky enough to encounter. I'm not writing about luck here by accident, because as someone on vacation (and therefore not registered with any of the local clinics), I visited three of them, and only in the fourth, this one, did I receive proper attention and help. First and foremost, I'd like to thank Ms. Patrycja at the front desk and Dr. Anna Volkova, who demonstrated not only professionalism but also empathy and that simple human kindness that keeps the world a good place. Your patients are lucky ☺
