I don't use it very often, but everything is always fine. The doctor is good and my calls are answered. I've never had a problem with my phone being turned off. I think many of the negative comments on this thread stem from people dialing the wrong number. This clinic was previously located in a different location, and many people probably still have the old number saved in their phones. For the National Health Fund, everything is A+!

A terrible place. This is the third time I've had occupational health tests performed, and the next day, the woman is telling me to come back because of an error on their part with the sample. Furthermore, the results are false – a test performed the same week in Alabama gave a completely different result. Extremely incompetent staff who treat people like idiots. This facility is a health hazard; it should be reported.

Byłam w Poradni Medycyny Pracy. Dodzwoniłam się od razu i zostałam umówiona jeszcze w ten sam dzień. Wszystko poszło sprawnie i szybko. W niecałą godzinkę byłam "zalatwiona". Nie ma tłoków pod gabinetami, w tle relaksująca muzyczka. Pani robiąca badanie wstępne sympatyczna. Pani doktor również. Jestem zadowolona i polecam 🙂

They never answer the phone. You have to come in person to make an appointment. Even if you make one, it might turn out the receptionist didn't make it, and you came for nothing. My mother (an elderly woman on crutches) was kicked out of the office because she insisted on being seen (the doctor didn't care that she wasn't scheduled for that time due to a receptionist error). Steer clear. EDIT: The patient didn't have an appointment because the receptionist didn't make it, but she assured me she would be seen (for which she later apologized). I wouldn't take my mother to a specialist blindly.

I'm very disappointed with the way this clinic operates. It's impossible to reach them by phone, but only for National Health Fund (NFZ) patients (advice: dial the commercial patient line, which will answer the phone immediately). This is a huge inconvenience for the elderly or people with disabilities. Furthermore, during my appointment, the doctor didn't provide me with clear information about the next steps for a hospital referral. There's a lack of communication and basic patient care. I don't recommend it.
