  I don't recommend this clinic. Once again, I was informed by phone about my appointment time, then I arrived and found out I had number 8. Patients had appointments at times that didn't even match the order of their numbers at the front desk. Waiting for 3 or even 4 hours was a disaster. The receptionists were lying. When I told them I'd been informed by phone to arrive at 3:50 PM, they said it was impossible because the doctor sees patients from 4 PM. Then, as it turned out, patients with appointments for 3 PM and even 2:30 PM were waiting outside the office. And note: the man with number 1 had an appointment for 3 PM, and the woman with number 2 had an appointment for 2:30 PM. I should add that I use various clinics and have never encountered such nonsense.

  Thank you for everything - starting with the ladies at the reception, through the calm, composed ladies during blood draws - my veins are a challenge even in oncology, and the full commitment of Dr. Wilczyńska during my illness and as a replacement for Dr. Cupiał and occasionally to other doctors - thank you ❤

  I'm used to this center, I never complain about the professionalism of the service, sometimes the queues get longer, but that's rather normal in an age of aging society.

  Let them set up a second or third phone line and have someone answer the calls – I gave up after the 70th attempt. The rest is more or less OK.

  I don't recommend seeing a specialist. It probably depends on the mood of the ladies. I emphasize that not all of them, but two of them are a complete disaster; they lack manners. The appointment was postponed to March, then to April, then to May, and it's been like this for almost a year, every time. I asked how many more times the appointment would be postponed, and the lady practically shouted at me. Appointments aren't postponed, they're only rescheduled once. Dear lady, I suggest you learn to count. Unfortunately, I've unsubscribed from the specialist because I'm fed up with the rudeness of some ladies. Several times, sitting in the waiting room, I heard the lady addressing an elderly person as something awful, "You'll be older too someday." After reporting the matter to the owner, now when I enter the clinic, I hear comments directed at me: "She's here, grit your teeth, you have to serve her." Reporting it didn't help, because the ladies continue to do what they want. We all have a job, but I don't think anyone behaves like that towards others, so have more respect.
